Following this, the group enjoys a period of euphoria during which the group members feel relaxed and harbor great hope for becoming part of a group. With able leadership, the team is then capable to move into a more real, hardworking part of its life. Ultimately, the members ought to go through the termination phase, in the course of which individuals need assistance to internalize and consolidate the gains and need to get prepared to separate from the group.
